Every morning, Kelly-Anne goes to the courthouse steps to secure a seat at the trial of a serial killer she’s obsessed with. Driven by increasingly morbid fantasies, she’ll stop at nothing to find the missing piece of the puzzle: a video of the murder of a 13-year-old girl who bears a disturbing resemblance to her.
