Need Equipment?
Borrow some of Dawson's Cinema & Communications Equipment for your projects
Equipment is only allowed to be borrowed during the semester and after you have had a workshop on it.
Guidelines
Equipment can only be reserved for one block at a time. Once you return the equipment you can book another block if needed.
Equipment must be picked up Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. It can only be returned Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9:30-10:30 am. Furthermore, you can take out the equipment only if you have been workshopped on it by your professor or a paratech.
Pick Up Times:
Monday : 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Wednesday: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Friday: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Return Times:
Monday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Wednesday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Friday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
To reserve equipment, you must ask Karen in 3B.1
Returns
All the batteries must be charged. Each camera and recorder come with an SD card. Make sure it comes back with it. If anything is broken let the equipment desk know AND email cincomequipment@gmail.com as well with specific details of the issue.
