Equipment

Equipment can only be reserved for one block at a time. Once you return the equipment you can book another block if needed.

Equipment must be picked up Monday and Thursday between 1-3:00 pm. It can only be returned Monday and Thursday between 9-11:30 am. Therefore, you will have the equipment from a Thursday to a Monday or Monday to Thursday. at ROOM 2E.01

Pick Up Times:

Monday : 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Thursday: 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Return Times:

Monday: 9:00 to 11:30 am

Thursday: 9:00 to 11:30 am

Your request must include:

• Your full name
• Your student number
• Phone number
• List of the equipment
• The class name/number/and professor that the project is for.

You will receive a conformation within 24 hrs. Bring this confirmation when you pick up the equipment. If the equipment that you request is already booked you will be notified.

The packages cannot be broken up. If you reserve a camera you must take the camera and tripod. If you book a sound kit you must take the entire contents.

If you need to cancel a booking, please email cincomequipment@gmail.com within 48 hours before you pick it up. Failure to do so will cause you to lose your equipment privileges.
